Cancellation Policy

The FoodChain ID Academy UK policy for student cancellation of instructor-led courses, whether virtual or in person, is as follows:
- Cancellations received at 30 days or more before a course start date are refunded at 100%.
- Cancellations received at 29 to 15 days before a course start date are refunded at 50%.
- Cancellations received 14 days or less before a course start date are not refundable.
Registrants who fail to attend their course are liable for 100% of the course fee.
FoodChain ID Academy UK cannot provide refunds on self-directed/e-learning courses.
Requests must be emailed to academyuk@foodchainid.com
FoodChain ID Academy UK reserves the right to make changes to instructor-led courses, including the need for cancellation. In the event of cancellation by FoodChain ID Academy, an emailed offer will be extended to move the registration to a later date of the same course or reimbursement of course fees. FoodChain ID Academy’s liability is limited to the course fee in the event of any cancellation.
